As first time home buyers we had no idea what we were doing. Danielle was so knowledgeable about the market and always answering questions that we didn’t even know we had. She helped us realize what we actuallyneeded Vs what we thought we needed in our first home. Danielle was extremely patient as we looked at many houses and so responsive and flexible when it came to showings. When we finally found our dream home there was 13 offers and at 8 months pregnant I was really ready to be done house hunting. It came down to 3 of us and due to Danielle’s professionalism, expertise in the negotiation process and relationship building skills she called us later that night to say the house was ours.
